Privacy notice
The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads nothing from anyone else's servers, and has no database. The only personal data you hand over yourself is the email you send if you want to make a booking enquiry. Separately, the company that hosts this site records technical data about every visit, including your IP address. That is explained below.
In force since 24 October 2026.
Who is responsible
- Data controller
- Stefano A. L. Bonneveld
- Address
- P.C. Hooftlaan 1G, 1398 XN Muiden, Netherlands
- Contact
- booking@relaximo.com
- Established in
- the Netherlands, so this notice follows the GDPR together with the Dutch implementing act (UAVG)
There is no data protection officer: the processing described here does not require one.
What this website does, and does not do
- No cookies. None are set, so there is no cookie banner and nothing to consent to.
- No analytics and no tracking. No visitor statistics are collected.
- No third-party requests. No external fonts, embeds, maps or social widgets. The animation library the site uses is served from this domain, not from a content delivery network, so no company other than the hosting provider learns that you visited.
- One first-party script, for animation only. It fades sections in as you scroll. It stores nothing, sends nothing, and is switched off entirely if your system asks for reduced motion. With JavaScript disabled the whole site still works.
- No form submissions to this site. The booking form opens your own email program with the text prefilled. Nothing is transmitted to or stored on this website.
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a Google product. On the plan we use, the service is provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, United States, under the Google APIs Terms of Service. Google and its affiliates act as our processor, and the processing is governed by the Firebase Data Processing and Security Terms.
Like any web server, the host records technical data about each request: your IP address, what was requested, when, and how the server answered. Google states that it uses these IP addresses to detect abuse and to produce usage analysis, and that it keeps IP data for a few months. Google does not publish an exact period, so this notice does not invent one. The optional export of these logs to a separate Google logging service has deliberately not been switched on, so we neither receive nor keep a copy of them.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and protected against abuse. There is no profiling and no tracking across sites.
Where this happens. Firebase Hosting is a global service: it does not offer a way to pin data to one country, and the technical data above may be processed at any facility Google or its agents operate, including outside the European Economic Area. This notice does not claim the site is hosted only in Spain or only in the EU, because that would not be true. Those transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated into the Firebase Data Processing and Security Terms; where applicable, Google also relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Booking enquiries by email
- What is processed
- Whatever you put in your email: your name, your email address, the organisation you write for, and the details of the event
- Why
- To answer your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to arrange the booking
- Legal basis
- Your enquiry is the initiative; the processing is necessary to reply to it and, where applicable, to take steps towards an agreement
- Who else sees it
- The mailbox runs on Google Workspace. For customers established in the European Economic Area that service is provided by Google Cloud EMEA Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland, acting as our processor. This is a separate arrangement from the website hosting above, with a different Google company. Nobody outside the project is given your enquiry
- How long
- If the enquiry does not lead to a booking, twelve months from the last message, and then it is deleted. If it does lead to a booking, the correspondence becomes part of the business records and is kept for seven years, the period Dutch tax law requires (article 52(4) of the Algemene wet inzake rijksbelastingen)
- Automated decisions
- None. A person reads and answers your email
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask that its use be restricted, object to it, and ask to receive it in a portable form. To exercise any of them, write to booking@relaximo.com.
You can also complain to a supervisory authority. The controller is established in the Netherlands, so that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, Postbus 93374, 2509 AJ Den Haag, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. You may also complain to the authority of the EU country where you live or work.
Children
This site is aimed at promoters, venues and professional contacts. It is not directed at children.
